The draw was made last night with Blazers playing Tower Bar in the first match , Molly Malones got drawn against Sunbeam

this was a slow match with both teams unwilling to take a chance and go for game , both snookered and played safe
it went to the doubles match with beam winning , no sure exactly how it was won it was so boring

blazers played at the central in the 1st round, the competition was finished for 9 pm

blazers were 2-0 up then beam won the doubles and next singles, last frame with minty with 2 balls and the black rolled on to his balls but nothing hit a cushion , so 2 shots to them i think he potted 1 or 2 then snookered him self so mints potted last 2 balls and black for the third straight win in a row for Blazers in the Captain's shield

I forgot to mention the state of the table at Central their is a couple of cushion that are faulty
the ball does not bounce of the cushion as it should , this venue was not the best for a final with the state of the table

it seems the committee didni check the table before the match's started

Its strange how Central came to Blazers and claimed the league game, when their table is faulty
