well the people i've contacted say he canny play cos he hasni played enough league games
he did play versus blazers so thats one

Well 3 of the 4 committee members i have contacted say he can play and it was them that added him in the draw so ur contacts no nothing

the draw has been done for the singles, 4 venues with 1 qualifys, which means 4 through to finals. it has always been 8 players through, the comittee need to get there finger out, absolutley useless. 4 through in the singles and 2 teams through in the doubles. the comittee dont give a toss about the players.

yes, but there was a few years with 4 finalists till 1997/98 i remember this as it was played at Buck'n'Hynd (I was watching) with Bruce McCall beating Rab Biggerstaff in the final (rab beat me in the quarter-finals in the tassie that year) , losing semi-finalist that year were Mints losing to rab , dodds losing to bruce

i think, but not sure if it's 4 finalists for singles and 2 finalists in the doubles is because it is gonna all be played on the same day, committee dont have final dates for competitions , its a secret Smile

in my view i prefer having each tournament on a seperate day, Singles last 8 (best of 9 in the final as an idea), doubles last 4 (best of 7 in the final as an idea), 3 man team (everyone in the final playing each other, this idea was tryed last season at buck) , 100 ball
with more frames to win a match than just best of 3
